SMS Messaging Policy

What Messages We Send

Agent Midas may send text messages to subscribers and registered users for the following purposes:

  • Account notifications (login verification codes, security alerts, subscription confirmations)
  • Appointment reminders (MidasVoice call confirmations, MidasDate calendar reminders)
  • Service updates (feature announcements, maintenance notices, system status)
  • Promotional messages (only with express written consent — product updates, special offers, event invitations)

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification preferences. Transactional messages (verification codes, security alerts) are sent as needed. Promotional messages are limited to a maximum of 10 per month. You can adjust your messaging preferences in Dashboard → Settings → Notifications.

Opt-In

By checking the SMS consent checkbox during account registration, login, or event registration, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Agent Midas at the phone number you provide. This consent is voluntary — you are not required to consent to SMS messaging as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message from Agent Midas
  • Updating your preferences in Dashboard → Settings → Notifications
  • Emailing [email protected] with the subject “SMS Opt-Out”

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message: “You have been unsubscribed from Agent Midas text messages. Reply START to re-subscribe.”

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Agent Midas does not charge for text messages, but standard carrier fees apply.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service supports all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
